Under Steven’s leadership, Aider has grown into a multi-service mobility platform serving tens of thousands of users and thousands of professional drivers across Malaysia and Singapore. The company now supports on-demand drivers, hourly personal drivers, and corporate mobility solutions, helping individuals and businesses move more efficiently.

Steven is leading Aider’s transition into a data-driven driver infrastructure platform, using technology and AI to improve safety, transparency, and service quality. His long-term vision is to make Aider the backbone of Southeast Asia’s driver economy, connecting drivers, vehicle owners, and enterprises through one trusted ecosystem.
