Driver by Hour
RM35/hour · Minimum RM140 for 4 hours.
- Overtime with at least 2 hours’ notice: RM35/hour.
- Last-minute extension: RM50/hour.
- Waiting under 15 minutes: free; over 15 minutes: RM25 per 30 minutes.
- Cancellation: under 5 minutes free; 5–30 minutes RM50; after 30 minutes, RM25 per additional 30-minute block.
Driver by Distance
RM25 base + RM4/km · Minimum RM85 for 15km.
- Waiting under 15 minutes: free; over 15 minutes: RM25 per 30 minutes.
- Cancellation: under 5 minutes free; 5–30 minutes RM50; after 30 minutes, RM25 per additional 30-minute block.
Rider by Distance
RM25 base + RM3/km · Minimum RM85 for 20km.

Commercial Vehicle Driver
- 7ft & 9ft van: RM40/hour, minimum RM160 for 4 hours.
- 1-tonne & 3-tonne lorry: RM50/hour, minimum RM200 for 4 hours.
- 3.5-tonne and above: RM80/hour, minimum RM240 for 4 hours.
- Cancellation: RM70. Waiting over 15 minutes: RM35 per 30 minutes.
- Advance overtime: RM40 / RM50 / RM80 per hour. Last-minute overtime: RM70 / RM70 / RM100 per hour.
Prepaid Hour Packages
- 8 hours: RM280 · 10 hours: RM350.
- 50 hours: RM1,750 · 100 hours: RM3,395.
- 300 hours: RM9,975.
- Waiting and cancellation terms follow Driver by Hour.
Driver by Contract
- Contract: RM5,000 for 5 days × 9 hours; RM6,000 for 6 days × 8 hours.
- Without contract: RM6,500 for 5 days × 9 hours; RM7,500 for 6 days × 8 hours.
- Overtime: RM30/hour with contract; RM50/hour without contract.
- Final scope and availability are confirmed in the service agreement.

Will the driver drive my own car?
Yes. For personal driver bookings, the driver drives the car you provide.
What details should I prepare when I enquire?
Share your pickup and destination, date and time, service type, and any special requirements so Customer Service can check the booking.
Can I book a driver for someone else?
Yes. Include the passenger or contact person's name and phone number when arranging the booking.
Can I use Driver by Hour for several stops?
Yes. It can be used for meetings, errands or multiple stops. Share your itinerary when booking.
Can I request a driver for a cross-state trip?
You can enquire about cross-state journeys. Share the route and travel date so Aider can confirm availability.
Can a factory or business request contract drivers?
Yes. Enquire about contract drivers, recurring shift transport support, hourly drivers or commercial vehicle drivers. Availability and scope are confirmed by the sales team.
Does Aider provide the car, van or lorry?
Driver services are arranged for customer-provided vehicles. Contact the sales team to confirm vehicle and service requirements.
Is service available in Singapore?
Aider serves Malaysia and Singapore. Contact Customer Service with your location and trip details to confirm coverage and availability.
